At this pop-up concept, pitmaster and chef Michelle brings the heat with comfort-food-inspired sandwiches that have customers coming back for more, week after week.

Why sandwiches?
I came from a humble upbringing, and we hardly ever ate at a restaurant. On Friday and Saturday nights, my mom would often tell us that we could make our own sandwiches. Let’s just say it didn’t take me long to get creative! And I still love sandwiches to this day.
Which sandwiches are the most popular?
My Egg & Cheese Sando has to be a crowd favorite. It's fresh farm eggs scrambled with American cheese served on my buttermilk biscuit. People love it so much! (Also, my biscuits have a cult following.)
What’s your favorite creation?
It’s hard to narrow down! Love my Catfish Sando — cornmeal-crusted catfish topped with smoked-oyster aioli, hot sauce, and fresh white onions. The Ocean Toastie, which is a seafood grilled cheese, is also a fave. And most recently I’ve been loving my Cabrito Collards: braised collards, smoked goat and cornbread croutons drenched in an avocado sauce piquant.
